LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY


This warranty is valid in the United States or in countries where the Product was sold by authorized retail and distribution partners. Honest Technology Inc. (“HONESTECH™”) warrants this Product against defects in material or workmanship. HONESTECH warranty obligation is limited to the terms set forth below for Honestech software products.

  • 1. For a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase, if the software installation disc is determined to be defective, Honest Technology will replace the software installation disc with a new disc or download option, at no charge.
  • 2. In addition, for the period of 31 days through 365 days from the date of original purchase, users can receive customer care with product registration.

RETURN POLICY:
All returns require an RMA (return merchandize authorization) and are considered on a case-by-case basis only. Users must contact customer support team before being considered for a refund. UNOPENED products that were purchased from our e-store (www.honestech.com) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, there will be a restocking fee of $10 on all returns for refund. All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping is not covered by Honestech. We may waive the restocking fee if the product is found to be defective.

This Limited Software Warranty does not cover:
  • Shipping charges to return defective product to HONESTECH.
  • Damage or claims for products not being available for use, or for lost data or lost software.
  • A product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications.
  • A product used for commercial or institutional purposes (including but not limited to rental purposes).
  • Product lost in shipment and no signature verification receipt can be provided.
  • Failure to operate per User Guide.
REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. HONESTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSEON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

To obtain warranty service, you must send the Product in either its original packaging or packaging offering an equal degree of protection directly to Honest Technology.
